I’ve gained every single damn pound back plus one. And all it took was two days of overeating and binge eating. IT’S THAT BAD, Y’ALL.
I feel like blogging and yet I don’t have anything I really want to talk about tonight. I’ve saved a bunch of Noom articles I wanted to talk about at some point, but I just don’t have the energy for it right now. Frankly the last two weeks have been about emotionally surviving long enough to make it through the day.
Quick food addiction facts, because, what else am I gonna write about tonight?
Most feelings of addiction toward food are directed toward processed food.
If you try to quit (read: eat less junk), you go through withdrawal symptoms.
Or you just CAN’T stay away from it.
Or you need more of it than you had the day before.
Or you’re obsessed with it until you finally get it (I’m talking to you, Mac N Cheese)
Or you feel a little too happy or a little too crappy after eating it.
The struggle is real.
