Thanks for joining me on this journey of weight loss, self-care, health, and emotional wellness.  My first several posts are going to be cross-linked from my original blog forum on SparkPeople.com.  While a great community, I realized I wanted to branch out into something more.  Something where anyone can read and comment without having to be a SparkPeople member.  Welcome to my heart on paper.

Abigail is 37, married, with one perfect little boy (to quote Pam: "[He's] never gonna do anything wrong"). A part-time, just-for-fun Mary Kay Image Consultant, and a full-time receptionist & assistant at her church, Abigail struggles with food addiction, binge eating, and obesity. Her goal is to lose 120 lbs by 2025.
